Three months ago, I had my little Coco (nickname). What an ________* experience its been.

In 2012, I stayed the whole weekend with my sister and my brand new nephew. I arrived the Friday evening he was born and stayed till the Tuesday after. This experience made me the expert on new babies and no one tried to convince me, the pregnant lady, otherwise. I can now have a little giggle at my false sense of security. It turns out that four night stay with her, had very little bearing on MY baby's birth and care experience. It did not prepare me for Motherhood; on the grand 'round-the-clock' scale of things, I really had no idea, un till my baby was born.

How did I not know that? What other huge misconceptions were waiting to be unveiled? It turns out, many.
